Participation fee to the symposium with paper from domestic is 250 TL, from abroad is 100 Euros.

For multiple authors report s prepared by each author personally attended the symposium 250TL / 100 Euro, the authors participating in the symposium (in a joint statement) separately for each of the 75TL /40 Euro. The fee for participation in the symposium exhibition foe each work 150 TL / 50 Euro. The entry fee to the symposium with paper as well as work is 350 TL/150 Euro.

To the participation fee, expenses belongs to the symposium book, exhibition catalogs, bags, cocktails, lunch and trips  will be made to Konya's historical and cultural places are included.

Paper presented at the symposium will take place in the symposium book will be published after the symposium. In addition, the symposium will take place in the exhibition catalog and the works in the exhibition.
